Fit to Lead Packages

Each Fit to Lead programme of leadership and management development is tailor-made to the learning and career needs of the individual. Every programme begins with an assessment of the participant’s skills, knowledge and experience so far, against BAMM’s Standards of Medical Leadership and Management. Following a twelve month enrolment on Fit to Lead comprising an appropriately tailored set of interventions, each participant is reassessed against the Standards and is considered for the awards of Certified Medical Manager (CMM), Advanced Medical Leader (AML) or Fellowship of BAMM.

Fit to Lead Baseline

This package provides basic one to one support for clinicians who simply want to make sense of their role and development. You will receive a Fit to Lead pack, two assessments and you will have four one-to-one sessions with BAMM's assessment team.

What you get:
-    Learning log
-    Leadership and management skills assessment
-    Fit to Lead Handbook/ Pack
-    Assessments x 2
-    Tutoring x 4 per annum (Focused support sessions)
£799 for 12 months (Inc VAT)

Fit to Lead Advanced

This package provides basic one to one support for clinicians who simply want to make sense of their role and development. You will receive a Fit to Lead pack, two assessments and you will have four one-to-one sessions with BAMM's assessment team. This package also includes one 3 day residential Skills Factory.

What you get:
-    Learning log
-    Leadership and management skills assessment
-    Fit to Lead Handbook/ Pack
-    Assessments x 2
-    Tutoring x 4 per annum (Focused support sessions)
-    Skills Factory x 1
£2,499 for 12 months (Inc VAT)

Fit to Lead Executive

This package provides basic one to one support for clinicians who simply want to make sense of their role and deelopment. You will receive a Fit to Lead pack, two assessments and you will have 6 one to one Tutoring (focused support) sessions and 4 Coaching sessions. This package also includes one 3 day residential Skills Factory. For the duration of your Fit to Lead enrolment, you have the option of joining our online learning sets.

Each individual programme will be tailor-made to learning and career needs of the individual.

Participants on Fit to Lead will be able to apply for assessment and CMM, AML and Fellowship certification.

Skills Factory

There are three levels of Skills Factory:

            Level 1 : Values and People
            Level 2 : Values and Systems
         Level 3 : Values and Strategy

Over 3 intensive days we address:

the job you do
the people you relate to
your own skills in the critical areas you need to survive and thrive as a clinical leader.

The programme is residential, interactive and designed entirely on the basis of our extensive research into realities of clinical leadership at the frontline.
